Devices

EncryptedHub devices feature military-grade encryption, secure operating systems, and tamper-resistant hardware, offering unmatched protection against data breaches and unauthorized access.

No, users cannot customize security settings such as encryption levels. All our devices are fully encrypted from the root up, ensuring a consistent and uncompromised level of security across the entire system.

EncryptedHub devices offer multiple wipe options for security. You can initiate a remote wipe through our device security management system by contacting our support team, especially in case of loss. Devices can also be wiped locally through a USB connection to any computer, password wipe, duress password wipe, airplane mode wipe, or panic button. For iOS devices, only remote wipe and password wipe are supported.

If your device is wiped, it cannot be remotely reset. You’ll need to ship the device back to our support team for reactivation. If the wipe occurs within 30 days of purchase, there is no cost. After 30 days but within the first year, you’ll need to cover the shipping costs and pay a one-time activation fee of €50. Unfortunately, after one year, we no longer offer support for reactivation.

Yes, EncryptedHub devices are compatible with eSIM technology, allowing for flexible and secure mobile connectivity without a physical SIM card.

Yes, our devices come with a pre-installed eSIM. If you order an additional eSIM through our webshop, we will provide a QR code for easy configuration and activation.

 

Yes, EncryptedHub devices support multiple eSIM profiles, but they cannot run simultaneously. You can easily switch between profiles as needed, depending on your carrier or plan preferences.

If you run out of data, you can either purchase a new eSIM or request a top-up, if available through your carrier. Additional fees may apply depending on the provider and data plan.

If you accidentally erase your eSIM profile, we may be able to reset it depending on your provider. Please note that additional fees may apply for this service.

Absolutely, all data related to eSIMs is fully encrypted and secured by the same military-grade encryption that protects the rest of your device.
